Krystyna Stawicka

For over a decade, I have been involved with KobieTY, an NGO founded by my mother. Since 2012, I have led the development, writing, and coordination of international projects, starting as a volunteer and growing into the role of international project coordinator and board member. I also guide creative processes in international groups, helping turn ideas into impactful initiatives.

With a background in the media and film industry, I’ve always valued the creative and collaborative process. Shifting to the social innovation sector allowed me to apply these skills to meaningful work. At KobieTY, I’ve expanded my coaching abilities, grown personally, and contributed to real social change.

In 2024, I co-founded the TU i TERRA Foundation with Katarzyna Deka and Marian Smiatek, inspired by a shared vision for education, regeneration, and community. I collaborate with the Council of Europe on Human Rights Education (HRE) and coordinate Erasmus+ projects focused on adult education and youth work.

I apply the principles of Nonviolent Communication (NVC) and the Work That Reconnects (WTR) to my personal and professional life. My interests in ecology and peace education have led me to work with European Solidarity Corps (ESC) projects and visit eco-villages such as Findhorn in Scotland, Auroville in India, and Las Cañadas in Mexico

Beyond my work with KobieTY and TU i TERRA, I dedicate time to my husband, daughter, and my company, Dreams to Do, which supports youth and small NGOs in developing their projects. My experiences living and working across Europe, Asia, and Central America have shaped my perspectives and strengthened my commitment to community-driven change.

Social Photography with Senior Volunteers, Coaching for Youth workers, Creating Foreign Friendly cities with International Volunteers, Nature around Youth – Food Forestry for Youth and Youth Workers, SDG Youth Project, NVC and Peace building for female leaders. Shaping your Habits for Regeneration (with WTR – project for young people).

I like the most in my job: I like that I can develop a project from an idea in my head and it becomes a reality that connects people and impacts communities. Team and of coworkers and network international partners and colleges, constant surprises and development opportunities,

My Top Qualities:  collaboration, creativity and solution focused approach

Social change is for me: a natural force we can and should observe, listen and navigate
