I’m a Psychology graduate from Łódź University, Poland, with a specialization in career counseling and organization. Since 2013, I have been actively involved in the work of the KobieTY Association – first as a volunteer and then also as a Project Coordinator, educator, trainer, and facilitator. Since 2023 I’m a board member of TU I TERRA Foundation. I am also a co-creator of ConnectYON Approach.

With over 10 years of experience, I have coordinated and co-coordinated many local and international educational initiatives, events and projects (ex. seminars, study visits, contact-making events, training courses, youth exchanges etc.) Altogether, I’ve delivered over 1,000 hours of workshops and training to youth, adults, and seniors.

Between 2017 and 2019, I gained extensive international experience by participating in diverse educational and development projects in Moldova and Kyrgyzstan, I was facilitating training sessions for youth workers and local leaders, focusing on changemaking and competence development. I also conducted workshops on non-formal education aiming at boosting local social change in various international settings. Additionally, I completed a two-month job shadowing program at a non-governmental organization in Portugal, where I worked alongside experienced trainers. This opportunity allowed me to deepen my expertise in planning and facilitating workshops for youth, adults and seniors. Throughout this period, I was also working on empowering communities, further expanding my professional skills and intercultural competence.

My professional interests focus on project implementation and facilitation, with a particular passion for topics connected with personal development, resilience, well-being, gaining/improving competences and driving social change. I also passionately advocate for CELEBRATION both in project management and life itself, seeing it as an important element of personal and collective well-being and growth.

In my personal life, I am a creative soul, with a passion for crafting handmade items, such as jewelry, collages, natural cosmetics, artistic gift wrapping and more 🙂

I like the most in my job: I like my job for its DIVERSITY – this includes the diversity of topics I’m working with (communication, resilience, health and well-being, peace building, environmental issues etc.), the diversity of people (youth, adults, seniors, locals and foreigners), communities (small, big, from cities, small towns, villages, rural areas), countries (in Europe and beyond) but also the diversity of tasks that I take care of – starting from cleaning rooms and sometimes even toilets 😉 though needs analysis, project planning, implementation, promotion and evaluation and finishing with transnational project’s results dissemination 🙂
